3. Perfection mode – Like weighing everything ounce per ounce, unless you are going for the Olympics this will not serve you. Nobody would notice, even if you did perfect these feats.

5. Historical mode – This is where history keeps repeating itself in your life. If you need to lose 50 pounds anytime soon lengthen your time for losing this weight. The biggest loser in this situation is thinking you can lose it within a short time span when you know it’s virtually impossible to accomplish successfully in this short time frame.

Comprehension – There are so many parts to slimming down, when you realize the good, the bad, and the ugliest of fats, and carbohydrates you will be able to gain momentum with this information forever. Don’t feel overwhelmed thinking you must learn everything today. Remember one small step at a time will keep you in your comfort zone of continued success.

Please don’t misunderstand me; I am not suggesting you totally remove all sweets and caffeine. What I am suggesting is when you transfer your food and drink choices you will feel a sudden change. Your body will be asking you where all those donuts, cookies, caffeine had gone.
4. See, feel, and understand your goals, and what they mean to you. Write down your daily, weekly, and monthly goals to see where you are in your life. This is where you must hold yourself accountable for all you are doing in your daily routine for your weight loss success. After you understand these Killer Beliefs then you will be ahead of most everyone playing this game. Remember as you get older (wiser) your body will slow down metabolism-wise. What this ugly truth means is you cannot eat as much food as you could when you were younger and could get away with it weight-wise.
The hardest part of this food journey is it the physical foods, fats, sugars, calories, and the carbohydrates that add up. On the other hand, is it the mental anguish of what you have been brought up to believe in the area of food?
